We are not currently in a position to take payment by debit or credit card
Arrangements can be made for fees to be paid in instalments, eg weekly or monthly. In such cases we would remind students/parents that fees are payable on the basis of the full term and must continue to be paid if a lesson is missed.
Please enquire in confirdence to the Centre Office. Support is available for those needing assistance with the funding of fees.
£21 including one rehearsal (Grade 8: £42). Additional rehearsals can be arranged if necessary and will be charged extra–to be arranged directly with the accompanist. The higher costs for Grade VIII reflect longer rehearsal time allowed and also preparation time prior to the rehearsal for the accompanist.
After two (2) missed lessons where no reason is given to the Centre office, the subsequent lessons will be cancelled but a full half-term's fees will still be charged.
A minimum number of students is needed for a Centre group class to run. If the number of students falls below that minimum, an adjustment in fees may be necessary, or students moved to another class where that is possible.
In applying for individual lessons, you will be entering into contracts with the Music Centre and the relevant Tutor(s) for the provision of those lessons. Before completing and submitting an enrolment form, it is important that you should be familiar with our enrolment arrangements and enrolment terms and conditions.
Group activities are run under the auspices of the Music Centre itself and are subject to separate arrangements
All lessons are booked for the academic year.
Students wishing to discontinue individual or shared individual tuition must give a half-term's notice, or fees will be payable for the whole of that half term.
